By belonging to these professional groups, the doctors can attend extensive continuing education courses to stay current with advances in the field of Endodontics. In fact, the doctors far exceed the minimum continuing education requirements established by the state. They have gone to specialty school two years beyond the four years of dental school to become root canal specialists.
